General information:
We appreciate your interest in being a part of the 2nd Annual Arts and Crafts Show at Anderson University’s Homecoming. This one-day event will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 with setup from 8:00am-9:30am with the show wrapping up by 2:00pm.

Event location is the Anderson University Athletic Campus (formerly the Anderson County Fairgrounds property.) The address is 431 Williamston Road, Anderson, SC 29621. The Arts and Crafts Show participants will be set up outside of Building A.

In return for your participation in the show, you will receive two complimentary passes that will allow you to enjoy the other activities of the day, including lunch from the Trojan Cook-Off (barbeque).

RULES: Outside of normal business etiquette, we require you to follow these general rules:

  1. All items MUST be hand-crafted. No novelties or wholesale items are allowed. Anyone found selling such items will be asked to leave the event.
  2. No items can be sold related to or associated with sex, drugs, alcohol, tattooing (permanent), body piercing, etc.
  3. Each participant will be given a 11ft x 11ft space to set up on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for ensuring you have a tent for shade or in case of rain. You are responsible for your table, chairs, and all things you need to set up your wares.
  4. No vehicles will be allowed in or out of the Athletic Campus between 9:00am-2:30pm on Saturday due to pedestrian traffic. This is to ensure a safe environment and will be strictly enforced.
  5. Please unload behind Building A and then park your vehicle in the area designated by event staff.
  6. Please include a picture of all items you plan to sell at the Show with your application. Any items not included in your application may not be sold.
  7. If you need electricity, please indicate on your application form. Electricity is limited. You must provide your own extension cord.
  8. No alcoholic beverages, smoking or tobacco products are allowed on Anderson University property.
  9. Event will take place regardless of weather. In the event of rain, the Arts and Crafts Show will relocate to the Main Street USA building.
